For the past two days, we have sent teams to Habitat for Humanity and Midnight Mission. A third team stayed at Pasadena First Church of the Nazarene.

The team at the church did yard work,
pulling weeds and clearing brush.

They worked so hard, they got blisters!

At Midnight Mission, teams served food to hundreds of the homeless, meeting a basic need. On one day, they served lunch to 800 people!

Even Pastor Brent got in on the action! Lookin' good, Pastor Brent!!

The team at Habitat for Humanity helped to renovate a home for a single mom with five kids. They did some mudding on the walls of the interior of the home.

Crab grass went down, too!

The majority of the work was outside, digging trenches and installing a sprinkler system.

Collin got a full face of water while checking the sprinklers :)

There was a celebration when the sprinklers worked perfectly!

God even sent us a rainbow! It's as if He was telling us that he promises to take care of the family that will live in this home. What an awesome God we serve!

It was an amazing time of hard work and lots of fun!

These two days have been fantastic! Everyone worked extremely hard, with no slacking or complaining. Really proud of our kids! They rocked it!!

So proud of all of you guys! It's evident that God is working through you.

Arianna, we're so proud of you and your willingness to let God work in and through you!!!! We love you so much and miss you, but know that you are doing incredible work there. Stay focused and we'll see you when you get home.

“Therefore as God’s chosen people holy and dearly loved, clothes yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility , gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all in perfect unity.” Colossians 3:12-14

Xxxooo,
Dad, Mom and your favorite sister Analyse ;p
